Continuing the beverage series, the margarita seemed like a good way to segue into cocktails. My family always enjoys a margarita in the summer at the beach. I find myself drawn to these contrasts in textures; i.e. salty rimmed glass, smooth jigger and fringed napkin - not to mention the vibrant colors. For me, it's a painting to capture a happy ending to a summer day.
